Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Reports to: Leasing Manager

Status: Full Time/Non-Exempt, Hourly

Job Summary: 

SimplyHome by Camillo is actively seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant. They must be able to interact with incoming prospect leads and facilitate conversion to resident applicants.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Receive incoming leads

·         Perform outbound follow-up on leads

·         Discover needs of future resident leads

·         Provide follow up with leads to convert from prospect to applicant

·         Identify properties that meet prospects needs

·         Provide instructions for property access/showings

·         Review application/screening requirements with prospects

·         Review online application process steps with prospects

·         Follow-up with prospects regarding property showings/applications

·         Available for work during normal business hours, after-hours, weekends and select holidays.

Required Skills/Abilities:

·         Understand laws/statutes related to position

·         Experience in real estate/property management (preferred but not required)

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to manage time effectively with little supervision

·         Ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects

·         Strong negotiation skills

·         Strong critical thinking skills

·         Experience with Entrata, Salesforce, or other CRM tools (preferred but not required)

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office

Education and Experience:

·         High School Diploma or GED

·         Experience with Entrata, Salesforce or other CRM tools (preferred but not required)

·         Experience in real estate/property management (preferred but not required)
