Job Description

Manage/Cultivate Overall Relationship with our Distribution Partners from an analytical perspective including owning and managing the relationship with data aggregation partners.
Develop appropriate analytics, solutions, and reporting to track shipment and inventory trends which will act as leading indicators for product performance (commercial and free goods).
Provide daily sales reporting (Into Warehouse/Sales Out of Warehouse) to internal stakeholders.
Weekly monitoring of Partner Metrics. Manage Trading Partner invoices and approval process.
Create automated dashboards to support Trade & Distribution Team.
May telecommute up to 100%.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Applications, Analytics, Information Technology or related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a pharmaceutical or life sciences data or distribution-related occupation.

Demonstrable experience in the following:

PL/SQL developer using trade related data to develop customized reports and dashboards.
Data Vendor management.
Demonstrating proficiency with wholesaler and specialty pharmacy data.
Demonstrating experience with commercial sales 867/852 data.
Demonstrating experience with Microsoft PowerBI and SQL to develop reports and dashboards.
Demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving skills and Excel proficiency.
Demonstrating ability to work cross-functionally to develop alignment across operational activities.
Demonstrating extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to conduct analyses and report insights with a high level of precision.
