The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $76,186 - $95,233
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience Required:
Associate degree in related discipline and at least 3 years of related experienceor high school diploma and at least 5 years directly related experience.
Skills/Abilities:
Results & proactive orientation.
Strong PC skills.
Good interpersonal, oral & written communication, and presentation skills. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of applicable company policies and procedures.
Ability to act decisively in emergency situations and work effectively with all levels of the Company.
JOB SUMMARY:
Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships,
other relationships:
Organize, plan and perform complex technical assignments/projects
requiring evaluation, coordination, implementation and documentation.
Perform analyses by using reports from desktop and enterprise software
programs. Provide recommendations to support corporate and field
operations activities. Lead special projects, and assist with ongoing
operations and emergency restoration.
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of
responsibilities):
1. Analyze and benchmark field operation practices. Perform studies
and analyze data to identify gaps and possible improvements. Consider
and evaluate alternatives. Recommend methods and procedures, and process
improvements to increase organizational cost-effectiveness, efficiency,
safety, and customer satisfaction. (30%).
2. Oversees and participates in the development and delivery of
training programs, and other change initiatives, in response to
organizational needs. Ensures programs are practical and cost-effective.
Transfers subject matter expertise to applicable organization using
training and other forms of communication. (30%).
3. Assists the applicable organizational unit with annual business
planning, budget development and management, expense tracking, and
scheduling personnel for training. (15%).
4. Lead special projects, participate on project teams, and assist
with ongoing T&D operations and improvement efforts as assigned. (15%).
5. Assist with system emergency planning and restoration activities.
(10%).
Financial Responsibility:
Manage Spending: $1 million
Approximate Budget Responsibility: $20k
