Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid - Onsite 3 days a week)
Pay: $60-65/hr W2 Only
Contract Length: 24+ Months

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodology to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills, along with a professional attitude and solid project tenure. This role requires adherence to industry standards and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage 3-5 active projects simultaneously, varying in size and complexity.
* Lead project teams to define scope, create cost estimates, develop schedules, and assign resources to tasks.
* Apply exceptional project management skills, leveraging industry standards and best practices.
* Adhere to the principles of the Project Management Playbook and effectively utilize the SDLC methodology.
* Develop and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication of project goals and progress.
* Provide detailed estimates for schedules, budgets, and project performance.
* Simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
* Ensure accurate project documentation and entry of information into the Project Repository.
* Identify potential risks and issues, working with team members to mitigate and communicate them to stakeholders promptly.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED required (must be verifiable).
* Bachelor's Degree strongly desired.
* Strong experience in Agile methodology
* Proven leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
* Professional demeanor and solid project tenure in previous roles.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Experience with SDLC methodology and the ability to guide teams in its application.

Work Environment:

* Hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite in Tampa and the remainder remote.
