Job Overview:The Global GenAI Learning Lead is responsible for leading the education, content creation, and coordination efforts surrounding Generative AI (GenAI) skills across the organization. This role focuses on developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies to enhance understanding, engagement, and expertise in GenAI technologies among employees, stakeholders, and partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GenAI concepts, exceptional communication skills, and experience in instructional design and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Content Development:

  • Design and create high-quality learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, webinars, and instructional guides tailored to different learning styles.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the GenAI content developed.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in GenAI to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness.

Learning Strategy Implementation:

  • Lead the development of a global learning strategy that fosters GenAI skill development aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Coordinate and execute training programs and initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of various departments and employee levels.
  • Utilize metrics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements accordingly.

Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to enhance the GenAI learning ecosystem.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all GenAI educational initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among different teams.
  • Organize and facilitate learning events, including hackathons, seminars, and industry conferences.

Community Building:

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration in GenAI within the organization.
  • Create and manage online and offline communities for knowledge sharing, discussion, and collaboration on GenAI topics.
  • Encourage peer-to-peer learning and mentorship opportunities to boost GenAI skills across various teams.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research on GenAI trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of AI advancements.
  • Analyze training outcomes and employee performance metrics to identify gaps in knowledge and skills, informing future training initiatives.

Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Provide thought leadership in GenAI education and training.
  • Mentor and coach team members and learners in understanding complex GenAI concepts and applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 + years of experience and proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field, with a focus on technology and AI.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications in business contexts within IT
  • Familiarity with modern educational technologies and learning management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in creating engaging educational content and training programs.
  • Knowledge of tools and methodologies used in adult learning and instructional design (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
  • Passion for AI and commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:

$104,200.00 - $163,900.00

Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
