Nature and Scope of Job

USDM Life Sciences is seeking an IT Engineer to work with the Technical Operations (TechOps) team to design, develop, and implement technical solutions to support business needs. The IT Engineer will support software and hardware integration projects, and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of our client's IT systems, enabling the company to achieve its strategic goals.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT infrastructure and systems.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Additional Responsibilities

Support software and hardware integration projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

3+ years of IT experience.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
Experience with macOS and Windows endpoints.
Experience with corporate management systems like Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace, and Okta.
Proficiency in system administration, networking, and virtualization technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Education & Certification

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Compensation

W2 candidates only.

Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 83,000.00 - 105,000.00

The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM's compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.

Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.

Both full and part-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
