Internship Program
Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Become part of the Tiffany & Co. legacy and discover how we craft expressions of joy that last a lifetime.
Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.

The Global Retail Operations team supports the elevation of the Tiffany Maison through the introduction of physical and technological tools in our stores, transforming the client and employee experience across the store network. This internship will support key retail projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring seamless execution of global initiatives, and elevating the brand through robust project planning and task management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support global and local teams with tasks related to new store openings, supporting the transformation of the brand by ensuring that systems and processes not only meet operational readiness but also uphold and enhance the brand’s identity and values.
- Update and manage new store opening support tasks timelines, providing clear updates to corporate and zone partners on deadlines.
- Execute New Store Opening process, updating procedures & project management documents as processes evolve in corporate partner groups or programs: IT, Product Fulfillment, In-Store Assets (Wardrobe, Hospitality, Packaging & Collateral, Selling Tools).
- Ad hoc analysis and support for Operational Excellence team (Global Retail Operations & Systems, Store Development and Retail Partners).
- Assists with cross-functional team communication related to parallel projects.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in BA/BS degree
- Interest for Retail and passion for Luxury
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software including: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
