Internship Program
Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.

Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.

The Intern is responsible for keeping a constant eye on the luxury field and preparing weekly reports on the most relevant competitors and trends, spanning from stores, events to campaigns etc. S/he is responsible for supporting the team on creative concepts, design development, project reviews, project communications, quality, and design control. This individual must be creative and with a project management attitude.

Key Accountabilities:
Research & Innovation

Research of competitors best practices.

Research of innovative reference in design and retail field.

Research of materials in terms of sustainability and innovation

Store Design

Support the development of strategic design for the retail environment.

Research and identify the most appropriate materials according to design, contributing to the research of suppliers for the development of customized materials.

Support Production of special projects.

Development of guidelines for local declinations.
