Are you interested in an Intern opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an MBA degree to participate in 3 month paid intern opportunities at our site in Cambridge, MA. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.
Your role:
- (Working with Strategy team and assisting in deep-dive strategy projects (topics including market sizing, customer trend analysis, internal capability analysis, growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, acquisition target evaluation etc.)
- Collecting market insights via desk top research, prepare customer survey and analyze results, support customer / industry expert interviews, document takeaways from key stakeholder meetings, support in strategy report compilation
- Assisting in ensuring an end-to-end connection between businesses, markets, functions, strategists and execution teams (M&A, , etc.) by implementing a systematic and lean approach to ensure consistent and impactful execution;
- Supporting in non-project related activities that make the team high performing
You're the right fit if:
- Enrolled in Masters (Msc.) in Business Administration, Economics, Medical/Healthcare, Science and Engineering
- A genuine interest in strategy and execution
- Highly analytical mindset and a strong professional drive
- Neat Excel and PowerPoint skills and affinity with applications and tooling
- Relevant internship experience in strategy, analytics is preferred

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $30.00 to $45.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
