Intern, Digital Marketing and Promotions

Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing and Promotions intern will assist with the development and execution of email, web and mobile initiatives as well as assist with planning and executing various in-stadium and out-of-stadium fan engagement initiatives.

- Help plan and execute email newsletters, ticket guides, and other email marketing initiatives.
- Assist with campaign analysis across all owned channels and promotions, including building reporting decks and presentations for internal use.
- Write and edit push notifications and text messages promoting ticket sales, team content and more.
- Coordinate and execute various in-stadium and out-of-stadium fan engagement initiatives, including, but not limited to, theme night activations, giveaways and promotions, first pitches, and more.
- Manage the continued development, implementations, execution, engagement, and growth of T.C. Sluggers Kids Club and the Armed Forces Flag Raising Program.
- Support marketing projects throughout the year and other duties as assigned.
- College student or recent college graduate. Preferably studying Communications, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- Creative writing background.
- Ability to own projects start to finish, manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience using content calendars, email products and/or content management systems.
- Able to work evening hours and weekends.
- Headline or subject line writing experience.
- Able to lift items 35 pounds as needed.
