SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Coordinator supports the development of the Cummins Clean Fuel Technologies sales culture for both new & existing customers. Support business operations by actively promoting, coordinating, and managing sales orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work effectively with sales, customers, and operations to ensure accurate data entry in the company ERP/MRP system.
- Interface with dealers, salespersons, and installers in order to provide visibility to our shipping schedule, prevent inaccuracies, and develop and improve data collection and reporting tools.
- Acquire data from sales team and maintain data systems to empower operational success. Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency tracking multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Utilize PLEX ERP, Excel, Tableau, and other software to analyze data
- Interpret trends or patterns with the use of graphs, infographics, dashboards, and other methods to visualize data.
- Evaluate the internal system for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, as well as developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
- Monitor key product metrics to understanding root causes of changes in metrics,
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and depict the story via dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in business operational shrewdness, good judgment, planning, organizational skills, and communicating orally and in writing.

- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. It is required that the individual is accurate with good time management and organizational skills.

Education and/or Experience:
- A.B.S. in management or similar field or 2-5 years of experience in sales support.
- Technical experience in the domain of data entry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Data visualization experience (Tableau or Power BI), experience with SQL is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results oriented with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to combine and find patterns across multiple datasets. Ability to problem solve and identify areas for improvement.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:
- Certified in Six Sigma Methodologies is a plus.
