The Plant Leader is responsible for ensuring Manufacturing site compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements while ensuring cost-effective, reliable, and predictable manufacturing process outcomes.

Lead the plant, related processes, and staff to achieve world-class operational performance.
Attract, retain, and develop top talent to ensure a high-performing team.
Create and maintain a positive and engaging culture within the plant.
Deliver products on time, meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive continuous improvement and operations transformation.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 12+ years of experience in expanding operations roles of cross-disciplinary responsibilities (manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, etc) in a highly regulated industry – medical device or pharmaceutical is strongly preferred.
Your skills include leadership skills such as change management, communications, leading diverse teams, building rapport and executing within a complex matrixed organization; demonstrated ability to establish and lead a team/plant in Lean methodologies - daily management, value stream analyses, kaizen, root cause, culture of continuous improvement, etc.; proven results-oriented track record in leading a plant or significant operation quality, delivery, cost, productivity
You have a BS/MS Engineering degree, MBA is preferred
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You can effectively communicate to numerous stakeholders including senior management, other Business Groups, internal and/or external customers and staff; ability to be proficient with FDA QSR/cGMP and ISO13485 requirements to maintain commitment to environmental and quality regulations

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in MN is $154,350 to $246,960.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
