Powershell

JOB DESCRIPTION

Understanding of ticketing queues and experience with processing ticket requests, opening/closing/processing tickets.
Understanding of Active Directory Objects and how to create/modify/disable/delete objects:

User accounts
Service Accounts
groups (both security and distribution)
Organizational Units (OUs)
Group Policy Objects
Object attributes

Powershell scripting experience

creating reports
managing objects
managing/updating object attributes

Active Directory Domain/Forest Structure including how domain/forest trusts work
Entra ID (formerly called Azure AD):

Creating/Managing Entra ID objects
Powershell scripting to manage objects, settings, and attributes and provide reporting
Privileged Identity Management
Managing JIT privileged access
User/Login Risk policies
Role Enabled groups

Conditional Access Policies/MFA
Identity Governance / Entitlement Management
