Must Haves:

  • At least 1-2 year Helpdesk Experience.
  • MS Office Experience.
  • Good Understanding of TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS Networks.
  • Active Directory Experience.
  • Troubleshooting and ticketing experience.
  • Take 40+ calls per day and resolving desktop issues over the phone and by remote.
