Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a HEDIS Correspondence Coordinator

Position type: Full Time-Contract

Duration: 3 months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

As a HEDIS Correspondence Coordinator you will:

  • Be contacting/scheduling provider offices up to at least 3 times to request medical records and documenting each outreach in the database to ensure ample provider coverage.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with office managers, health systems, and any other facility or care providers.
  • Be responsible for PDF Review - Includes highlighting member demographics (Name & DOB) using Adobe Acrobat Reader, distributing & notifying Field Nurse and Clinical Quality Lead of new member charts for review/entry
  • Follow Code of Conduct, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality requirements
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the HEDIS Lead Nurse & Research Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Telephone & customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $15 - $15.30 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
