A seasoned talent acquisition leader with expertise in building out an enterprise-wide executive recruiting talent strategy bringing a level of discipline and structure to senior level hiring.
Strategic thinker that can manage existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to internal and external sourcing, assessing, and managing qualified talent
Data expertise and curiosity to direct the analytics and insights team, collaborate to foster data-driven strategies and pinpoint opportunities through analysis of historical data and future trend projections.
Effective partner with both business and HR leaders to understand and forecast talent acquisition needs and prepare the TA organization to exceed demands and service
Proven track record of successful attracting and hiring talent at all career stages (college hiring, entry-level, mid-career, and executive roles) and both passive and active candidates/associates
Deep understanding and experience helping organizations build technology recruiting functions that compete and win in this rapidly evolving market.
Evaluate Employer Brand and overall marketing efforts to understand perception and consideration of Fidelity as an employer of choice. Track competitors, overall talent trends and market dynamics, offering strategic insights and market intelligence to senior leadership.
