The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Global Planning, the Global S&OP Lead improves Seqirus profitability by leading the Global Seqirus Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process and driving the performance of the global planning tools and processes to recommend campaign supply strategies and SKU/volume allocations which deliver optimum customer service and cost profile against the demand forecasts.

You will drive cross-functional performance of global planning analytics, tools, and processes to recommend campaign supply strategies and SKU/volume allocations which deliver optimum customer service, maximize revenue/gross margin and minimize write-offs against the demand forecasts. You will serve as the Seqirus S&OP Business Process Owner to ensure the delivery of our digital transformation initiatives, including the effective use of CSL's Kinaxis Rapid Response as the global planning tool of choice across Seqirus. You will collaborate with each Commercial region and across the manufacturing network to provide detailed supply scenario assessments and business case analyses to Global Operations which enhances decision-making according to our 2030 strategy.

The Role

Inspire the Global Supply Chain Analyst (S&OP) to improve the execution of the monthly cycle of demand collection, scenario planning and supply allocation for the Seqirus global internal/external manufacturing network. This includes continuous improvement of the associated supply chain and financial analytics used to unleash outcomes across Global Operations.
Generate a CSL Seqirus plan to deliver the commercial demands of the organization. Collaborating at senior levels in the organization to deliver the plan through the monthly S&OP Process for Clinical Trials, Demand and Supply Reviews, Sales & Marketing Reviews, and Global Supply Reviews, extracting key insights and converting them to concise applicable outcomes. Provide high-quality deliverable escalations and executive summaries to support the Finance Review and Executive S&OP. Building for future growth, lead the inclusive and expansion of the monthly S&OP Process for new Product Launches (aTIVc, sa-mRNA, and PNS)
As the S&OP Business Process Owner for Seqirus, ignite agility across the Global Operations network and Commercial operations through effective and efficient digital transformation of the global planning systems and business processes through implementation CSL's Kinaxis Rapid Response planning platform across Seqirus.
Continuously improve the harmonization, integration and quality of the supply network capacity and manufacturing cycle master data in support of both the monthly S&OP process and for the annual update of the Seqirus network strategy. Based on updated analysis, resolve tactical gaps as well as highlight any necessary capacity increases, technical transfers, and regulatory filings to keep supply ahead of demand across the 10YR long range plan. Engage business leaders in resolving strategic demand/supply issues through in-depth analysis and marketplace assessment to understand the risk/benefit trade-offs between several approaches and opportunities.
Drive and continuously improve the Campaign Supply Lock process to ensure effective collaboration with the Global Operations and Commercial Operations organizations to deliver a locked supply plan that meets both market requirements and Operations/Quality supply capabilities.
Partner with Campaign Management Sr. Manager to coordinate effective transition of Campaign Supply Lock requirements to Campaign Execution plan for manufacturing, batch release and shipment schedules for all Seqirus influenza products, including ensuring SAP master data complies with approved network matrix and agreed assumptions for linked parameters (e.g. lead-times and batch sizes) at the time of Campaign Supply Lock

Your skills and experience

BS/BA Business or in relevant field (preferably Supply Chain). MBA with quantitative background or other advanced degree would be ideal.
English fluent (speaking and writing)
10+ years' experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing related field.
Fundamental knowledge in both Demand and Supply planning.
Microsoft Excel and Power BI proficiency required
Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical / biological manufacturing, regulatory standards and environments, cGMP and change management
SAP (or other ERP platform) proficiency and dexterity is strongly preferred
Experience in Kinaxis Planning Tool
Minimal Travel (up to 5% of time at most)
