Job Summary/Purpose:
The Global Digital Hub Engagement Manager plays a crucial role in building and nurturing positive relationships with markets and key stakeholders. As the primary point of contact for markets, their responsibilities include informing them about available services within the Hub, maintaining strong relationships throughout projects, and actively showcasing available services. They also assist markets in implementing services effectively, plan projects collaboratively, and manage financial aspects of collaboration. Additionally, they contribute and control to ongoing projects within the Global Digital Hub
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a primary point of contact for markets and stakeholders
* Inform them about available services within the Hub
* Build and maintain strong relationships throughout projects
* Engage with countries and other internal stakeholders as required to communicate updates on scope, execution plan and timelines.
What you'll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
2-3 years' experience in project management/product management/communication
Fluent English and French (oral and written) is required
2-3 years of experience in complex project management
Solid understanding of digital solutions and tools
Exceptional ability to untangle complex issues using logical reasoning and creative thinking
Comfort with numbers and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to engage cross functionally with various stakeholders to drive the business forward
High communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Requirements:
Additional languages as German are an advantage
Pharmaceutical background would be an advantage
