• 7+ years of hands-on development experience with 3+ years of Technical lead experience
• Resolve high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
• Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation based on advanced knowledge of system flow
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of how different business areas integrate to achieve business goals
• Conduct in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions
• Act as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed
• Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, with a focus on safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets by ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
