Get To Know The Team:
As the Financial Services Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of associate level transfer agency representatives responsible for delivery service excellence to our clients and their shareholders. Within the Transfer Agency, we provide back-office financial services to Mutual Fund Clients and their investors. These services include establishing accounts, processing shareholder and broker/dealer trades, facilitating money movement between the fund and shareholders, completing analysis of fund and investor data, and more.

What You Will Bring:
- High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for people leadership
- Experience in financial services operations
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related industry and leadership experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills
- Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
- Excellent Interpersonal and customer service skills
