Job Description:
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician to join our team. This role involves providing onsite customer support and troubleshooting for 250 employees at our project site. As the point of contact for all IT-related issues, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient resolution of technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support for Windows and iOS troubleshooting.
Act as the primary point of contact for all IT issues for 250 employees.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
Maintain and support computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech equipment.
Document and track issues using ServiceNow (preferred).
Collaborate with the IT team to implement solutions and improvements.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of project site IT infrastructure.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Windows troubleshooting.
Proficient in iOS troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow for issue tracking and documentation.
Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or technical certification is a plus.
Proven experience in a field tech or similar IT support role.
Ability to lift and move IT equipment as required.
