As a Field Sales Account Manager, you'll provide leadership to your team and the broader Sales & Commercial organization. You'll use your knowledge to develop market strategies in a diverse client environment. You'll deliver successful outcomes for key industry players through innovation, strategic solutions and building relationships.

Partner with the best

The Field Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating business opportunities and sales from Industrial customers. You will also develop a strategy to grow business within this space, including identification of new industries or businesses.

As Field Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Within the South Texas Area, responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
  • Handles products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customizations within guidelines can be done.
  • Contributes to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
  • Handles diverse clients in the region.
  • Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
  • Leads a department with large, estimated orders.
  • Handles local focus on medium size territory

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales and Oil & Gas experience.
  • Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in account sales or minimum of 5 additional years of operational expertise.
  • Demonstrate relevant customer facing experience within a technical sales or consulting environment.
  • Be willing to travel domestically.
  • Have a self-starter, demonstrating your experience identifying and working through challenges and opportunities.
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Have the ability to lead initiatives and to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
