Fashion CAD Designer/Illustrator/Graphic Designer
Position Overview
Our client specializes in the design and manufacturing of lingerie and women's intimates, is seeking a creative and skilled Fashion CAD Designer/Illustrator/Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. This role is essential for translating fashion concepts into detailed CAD drawings and graphic designs, contributing to the development of innovative and market-ready apparel. This role will be hybrid onsite 2-3x a week in NYC, ongoing and around 20 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed CAD sketches and illustrations for fashion collections.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine design concepts.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create appealing graphics and presentations.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and trends in the fashion industry.
- Assist in the preparation of technical specifications and production-ready files.
Qualifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills in fashion or related fields.
- Experience in fashion design, particularly with intimates and apparel, is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong visual communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
