Position: Family Medicine NP/PA

POSITION OVERVIEW

Findlay Family Practice is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner.

* Private practice group of family physicians trained in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Office Surgery, Psychiatry and Family Counseling

* Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages

* 100% outpatient, no hospital call, "light" phone call

* Busy practice, average 25+ patients/day

* See adult and pediatric patients

* Busy, established practice with experienced providers and support staff

* 24-hour in-house adult and pediatric hospitalist services

Compensation

* Competitive base salary plus production bonus after threshold achieved.

* 120 Hours of vacation/CME, Medical, Life, Malpractice Insurance, Vision and Dental Insurance

* 401 (K) after 3 months of service, Employer Profit Sharing, Employer Match, Safe Harbor non-elective
