Sr. Executive Assistant

The Role
This role will support administrative efforts in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while contributing to and gaining exposure to the various CBPT functions. This role will support the Core Brokerage Platform Technology Group, Trade, Tax, & Asset Servicing (TTAS) and Architecture domains. Additionally, you will support the broader administrative function of CBPT and will partner across the function to perform a broad range of activities that require discretion and confidentiality.
The Expertise You Bring
- Executive assistant experience: attention to detail and the ability to work with all levels of associates, including senior management, some in remote locations.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education or experience
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, relationship management, and ability to apply problem solving and analytical skills to administrative projects.
The Skills You Bring
- Polished executive assistant with professional maturity and previous corporate environment experience required.
- Ability to effectively interact with senior level management and maintain an elevated level of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Extremely meticulous and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize, react and think quickly.
- Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement is critical.
- Desire to work as a true partner with Executives and anticipate needs.
- Willingness to get involved with the work of the larger team.
- Extensive calendar management using Microsoft Outlook.
- Coordinate agenda/logistics for various team and department meetings.
- Coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements and processing of expenses.
The Value You Deliver
- Manage and coordinate calendar and meeting needs for multiple TTAS and Architecture leadership members.
- Prepare agendas, follow up on action items, and maintain and distribute materials.
- Maintain accuracy of organizational charts and distribution lists for CBPT TTAS and Architecture.
- Support the broader CBPT administrative team as needed.
