• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading occupational health and safety
• A degree in same or similar field
• Experience with OSHA and EPA compliance and reporting
• Proficiency in computers and Microsoft applications
• Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills

• Drive safety culture
• Manage safety and environmental programs
• Proactively address safety risks
• Lead investigations, audits, and corrective measures
• Conduct safety training and onboarding success
• Track safety and environmental goals
• Maintain compliance records
• Pilot continuous improvement initiatives
