National Grid is hiring anEnterprise Transformation Planning Principal for our Strategy and Regulation department in Waltham, MA, or Brooklyn, NY. This is a hybrid role.
Job Purpose
Supports the development and delivery of an enterprise view of National Grid's transformation across each strategic priority and takes on delivery and assurance roles on specific programs in the US.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with UK Business Analyst counterpart to support the Director of Enterprise Planning & Performance in building and maintaining the Enterprise-wide transformation plan
- Drive key analyses and develop executive presentations to provide insights on Enterprise Transformation progress, risks and opportunities to the CEO and Group Execs
- Own and drive key US Enterprise Transformation reporting activities and metrics
- Bring external insights, benchmarking, best practice, innovation to help NG transform across the enterprise
- Take on Delivery and Assurance leadership roles on specific programs
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of strategy or management consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in strategic transformation projects preferred with Utilities/Energy industry and/or PMO experience a plus
- Skills: Executive communication skill (slides and presentation), strategic thinking and facilitation, planning / roadmap development, project management, ability to collaborate, iterate, and influence

Salary
$140k - $160k in Waltham, MA
$150k - $170k in Brooklyn, NY
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
