Our client, a innovative women's healthcare supplement, is looking for an eCommerce/ Shopify Manager to join their team temporarily.

This will be a 40 hours/week role for about 3 months. A hybrid onsite 2x a week in UTC San Diego Wed/Thurs.

This candidate MUST have recharge experience.

This eCommerce/ Shopify Manager will be responsible for:
- Product and SKU management; team has exciting updates coming to products that will require updating product information across the website and customer subscription portal
- Daily/weekly/monthly site management and measurement; Report on KPIs to broader team and be able to field ad hoc requests related to current projects. Maintain and manage backlog of enhancement requests and bug fixes
- Work with cross functional team to optimize our product offering and PDP experience, optimizing for certain KPIs via page merchandising, UX/UI, content and pricing
- Organize, prioritize and communicate business needs to developers and external partners, ensuring appropriate progress tracking and reprioritizing as necessary
- Assist with project scoping for 2025 roadmap

This eCommerce/Shopify Manager will need:
- 3+ years relevant direct-to-consumer experience
- Expert-level experience with Google Analytics, Shopify Plus, ReCharge, ReBuy, A/B testing
- Experience working in subscription model business
- Proven track record of bringing digital customer experiences to life

Nice to have experience:
- HTML, CSS, Liquid, javascript
- Digital/Technical Product management
- Design
- Experience with supplement brands or regulated products
