The Responsibilities of the Documentation Specialist include, but are not limited to,:
- Documenting existing and new processes within the ERP system.
- Updating and maintaining procedure manuals.
- Collaborating with various departments to gather accurate information.
- Ensuring documentation is easy to understand and accessible.
- Managing document versions in SharePoint (if applicable).
Required Skills and Education:
- 1-3 years of experience in documentation, technical writing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom for collaboration.
- Strong technical writing and organizational skills.
- Ability to explain complex procedures in simple terms.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SharePoint for document management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Similar past experience recommended
This position is part-time working 24 - 29 hours per week with flexibility to work more hours as needed.
