TITLE: Document Controller
LOCATION: BOSTON, MA

SALARY RANGE: The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $77k to $95k
Job Summary
The O&M Offshore Document Controller will be responsible for ensuring the
documentation completeness, accuracy, and integrity of information management
systems. The individual is expected to assist and coordinate with all department teams and
stakeholders to ensure that documentation and data management meet project, business
and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure effective management of operating projects and O&M department
documentation.
Coordinate, implement when needed, and maintain existing document control
processes and procedures to ensure the timely and accurate capture, validation, and storage of documentation produced by various project teams.
Develop and maintain document lifecycles to ensure document revisions and updates are captured accurately and completely.
Ensure that the documentation is accurate, complete and meets the project quality requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for the operation and maintenance of document control systems.
Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure that documentation is processed efficiently with clear ownership, accountability, and visibility.
Develop and manage training programs to help improve both user readiness and adoption of the document control system.
Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS such as Aconex, Sharepoint, FileNet, Documentum, ProjectWise…), MS Office, SharePoint, Visio.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

The ability to interact with all stakeholder levels, including senior executives, project personnel, and contractors.
Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in document control and data
management within the energy industry.
Must be an organized individual with meticulous attention to detail.
Desirable experience in data migrations between Electronic Document and Record
Management Systems (EDRMS, with a focus on maintaining the information continuity.
Adaptable and flexible to changing demands as the role evolves with to meet
business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
