Compunetix is seeking a Documentation and Trainer Specialist to research, write, review and edit technical documents (maintenance manuals, release notes, white papers, etc.), user manuals and quick reference guides.
Responsibilities:
- Research, write, review technical documents, user manuals and quick reference guides for audio and video products
- Review existing documents for accuracy and usability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing or in a technical discipline (i.e. Computer Science) is required
- 1-5 years of experience in documentation design
- 1-5 years' experience researching and writing technical documents
- Proficiency working with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator/Photoshop) or other image/graphics
- Proficiency working in Adobe FrameMaker and MS Office Applications
