The Director of Paid Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of all paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of paid media channels, campaign management, and analytics, with a strong focus on direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies across various channels, including search, social, display, and affiliate marketing.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to achieve performance goals.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, sales, and product to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage budget allocation and forecast for all paid media initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in paid media marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with D2C marketing tactics and strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and collaborate with teams.
