Our client in the B2B industry supporting public safety and first responders is hiring a Marketing Director to join their team in Hendersonville, NC.
This position is full-time in their Hendersonville office. Monday-Friday and potentially some weekends if there are tradeshows and events.
Responsibilities:
-Manage a small team of creatives ensuring delivery of assigned work on time, budget and consistent with brand
-Collaborate with the leadership team across operations and other key areas to understand resource needs and identify opportunities for project synergies and efficiencies
-Lead the team on resourcing and alignment on execution and deliverables
-Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, etc.
-Identify gaps for lead generation and conversion funnel by evaluating personas and buyer journeys
-Develop, prioritize and track brand performance metrics; recommend and implement targeted enhancements
-Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to keep the company at the forefront of innovation
Required Qualifications/Experience:
-8+ years of experience in Marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role
-Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, communications or related field-Strong understanding of HubSpot
-Proven track record of driving business growth through designing, developing, and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Experience building brand strategy
-Strong understanding and experience working for B2C to B2B company
-Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms
