We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Director of Field Operations to lead and optimize our field operations, ensuring efficiency and top-tier service delivery.
As the Director of Field Operations, you will oversee all aspects of our field operations throughout NC, SC and GA, including managing our service teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, optimizing operational processes, and fostering strong client relationships. You will play a critical role in driving the company's growth while maintaining the high standards that our customers expect.
Location: Hyrbid Remote. Location is flexible within North and South Carolina.
Schedule: This role will require both day, night and weekend availability as needed. Travel throughtout the assigned territory will be regular to ensure operational excellance of the regional teams. This is not a corporate 9-5 role.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in field operations management, preferably in the valet trash or service industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work nights and weekends and outside of normal business hours
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with operational software (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Lead Field Operations: Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring all valet trash services are performed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with company standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of field staff, including service employees and supervisors, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to succeed.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with property managers and clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor service routes, analyze operational performance, and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize service delivery.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all field operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team productivity, service quality, and operational success.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues in real-time, finding proactive solutions to maintain smooth operations.
- Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure field teams are knowledgeable and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the company's operations, focusing on quality enhancement and process optimization.
