This position will be tasked with managing Everytown’s Major Gifts program, raising donations and overseeing outreach to Everytown’s largest donors, prospecting to help find new supporters, managing a small team of staff and professional fundraising consultants, and developing a plan to help the organization meet its annual fundraising goals for major gifts.

In this role you will:

The salary range for this role is $160,000-$175,000 per year. Everytown offers a generous benefits package including PTO, 401K Match, Education Assistance and more.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
