Director of Creative Project Management
Position Overview
The Director of Creative Project Management will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects within the organization. This role is responsible for optimizing workflows, managing teams, and ensuring that all projects align with the strategic goals of the company. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in project management applied to creative services, particularly within the retail and fashion industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the creative project management team to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and manage digital asset management systems to streamline creative operations.
- Utilize Workfront and other project management tools to track project progress and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.
- Conduct workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in creative project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on creative services.
- Proven experience in managing creative projects within the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital asset management and workflow optimization.
- Expertise in using Workfront or similar project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
