Our financial services client is looking for a Director, Digital Product Management to drive the continued growth of their financial wellness product, as well as play a key role in the integration of this product as part of their larger multi-product digital strategy. This is a full-time, direct hire role.
This is a hybrid role, onsite 2x per week in one of the following cities: New York City, Wilmington, DE, Baltimore, MD, Irving, TX, or Charlotte, NC. Relocation packages are available.

Director, Digital Product Management Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic vision, development, and execution, ensuring alignment with company priorities of this financial wellness product.
- Partner with Digital leadership to shape and execute a cohesive strategy, integrating design, technical requirements, and operational execution.
- Drive a culture of customer-centric thinking, establish processes for customer excellence, and advocate for the customer in decision-making.
- Lead and inspire a team of product managers and designers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Establish buy-in for strategic priorities, communicate status updates, risks, and progress, and amplify team achievements.
- Champion data-driven decision making, integrate insights into the product lifecycle, and balance analytics with intuition.
Director, Digital Product Management Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years in digital consumer products, 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in launching new digital customer products and features.
- Ability to solve complex problems, proficiency in SQL, and comfort with data-driven strategies.
- Extensive hands-on experience across the digital product development process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; financial services background strongly preferred.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
