Our financial client is looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to support their team in a 40 hours/week, long term freelance with the potential to convert to full time. This is a hybrid opportunity in Portland.
The responsibilities for this Digital Advertising Specialist has:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2C digital advertising strategies (Meta & Google)
- Launch, monitor, and optimize a large volume of short-term ad campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager and Google Display Network
- Adjust bidding strategies, ad placements, and budgets to achieve optimal performance and ROI at scale
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Allocate and manage budgets across multiple campaigns to ensure cost-effective ad spend and achievement of campaign goals
- Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad assets are aligned with campaign objectives
- Unwind current digital advertising program through a third-party software
The ideal Digital Advertising Specialist has:
- 3+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience
- Proficiency with display and social advertising platforms and tools such as Google, Adwords and Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Bing, LinkedIn, Choozle
- Experience with direct mail marketing a plus
- Proven experience in managing high-volume short-term digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, including advanced features and strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Experience in implementing event-based conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager or similar platforms
