Our client in the music industry is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that resonate with the diverse communities within the music products industry. You will have a proven background in digital marketing channels, lifecycle marketing, and strategic user journey mapping.
The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging digital platforms to build awareness, engagement, and conversions across Meta, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and PPC channels, while effectively using lifecycle marketing strategies to retain and nurture customer relationships. You would be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.
This role is hybrid onsite 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across key platforms, including Meta, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and PPC campaigns.
- Design and implement segmented, targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and re-engagement across company products and communities.
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and manage email marketing campaigns, automation, and multi-stage lifecycle journeys, optimizing touchpoints for both engagement and long-term customer loyalty.
- Map and analyze digital user journeys to align with key stages in the customer lifecycle, ensuring messaging and content are relevant to each audience segments unique needs and preferences.
- Analyze digital campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the Director of Marketing with actionable recommendations for optimizing lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with broader organizational objectives, including user retention and customer journey enhancements.
- Keep current with lifecycle marketing trends and best practices, specifically within the music products industry, to drive innovative engagement strategies.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, audience targeting, and voice across all digital channels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Meta, Google, PPC, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Proven expertise in lifecycle marketing and experience managing customer journeys across various digital touchpoints.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email marketing, lifecycle automation, and user journey mapping.
- Strong understanding of segmented marketing and lifecycle strategy for diverse music product communities.
- Prior experience or knowledge of the music products industry is highly beneficial.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using metrics to inform and drive marketing and lifecycle strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
