Job Description:
Position Summary: We are seeking a Digital Execution Strategist with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our dynamic Enterprise Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving multiple website projects, delivering exceptional user experiences, and optimizing content management strategies within Adobe Experience Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project intake process, collating and understanding requirements from stakeholders to ensure clear objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and execute digital strategies leveraging Adobe Experience Manager to enhance user engagement and drive business growth.
- Develop and articulate design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
- Translate complex strategies into effective website design executions, ensuring optimal user experience and engagement.
- Utilize best marketing practices to design and refine website interfaces, enhancing usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on existing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, content creators, and developers to implement cohesive and impactful design solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AEM, ensuring best practices in content management, personalization, and performance optimization.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Design, manage, and optimize web content and assets using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and HubSpot.
- Ensure ADA compliance and overall site health by monitoring and analyzing data using Site Improve, making recommendations for necessary improvements.
- Participate in daily status calls, sprint planning, user story development, testing, and supporting project releases for digital projects.
- Demonstrate discipline and organization in executing assignments and managing projects, while building and maintaining great relationships with clients, co-workers, and vendors.
- Understand customer needs and pain points to help develop better user experiences.
- Present wireframes and prototypes to management and business partners.
- Conduct regular audits and performance analysis of digital campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design and digital marketing.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Overview: This position is responsible for managing and delivering digital projects on the organization’s customer-facing digital experience roadmap. This person will utilize strong project management skills to provide support in developing and executing plans and initiatives to deliver business objectives, including transactional web tools, User Interface (UI) best practices, navigation, and architecture best practices.
Qualifications:
- High School Grad / GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital strategy, with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully executing and managing digital projects using AEM.
- In-depth knowledge of content management systems (CMS), web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
