1 Year experience as Treatment coordinator
CPR Certified
Maryland X-Ray certified
OCEA Training
Covid Vaccine (Preferred)

DUTIES:

Patient Care: Deliver exceptional customer service to patients in person and over the phone.
Scheduling: Efficiently manage patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
Administrative Tasks: Utilize medical office software to input and update patient information, ensuring accurate billing and insurance verification.
Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient flow and overall satisfaction.
