SS&C Advent, a leading provider of innovative software and services for the global investment management industry, is seeking an Implementations Data Specialist to join our industry-leading Innovest Trust Suite Platform. InnoTrust is an industry-leading cloud-based trust accounting platform that works seamlessly alongside other SS&C Advent solutions including Black Diamond. You will be working specifically on our Data Conversion team, an integral (and we think the most important!) part of the greater Implementation Team.
What You Will Get To Do:
- Operate our proprietary ETL/Data Conversion tools and work with huge datasets
- Efficiently manage multiple client configuration projects at once
- Communicate with clients in a proactive, consultative & professional manner
- Consult, Design, and Deliver Conversion Plans, working directly with client decision-makers
- Decipher, process, and follow through on client requests
What You'll Bring:
- A Business and Data Analyst proficient in the process of gathering data from different sources, sculpting that data using business rules/needs, and loading the information into an objective data set.
- Solutions-oriented and analytical mindset
- 5 – 10+ of experience in the Wealth Management Services industry in a Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) role. Trust accounting experience preferred
- Experience and knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as SQL, C, C++, Excel
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, live in “the grey” no two projects are the same and that must be ok with you.
- Strong communication & organizational skills, experience with presenting business cases and strategies to multiple client levels including C-Suite
- Experience and knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practices used in data warehousing and analytics solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
