Position type: Full-time - Contract

Duration: 6 months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

As Data and Reporting Specialist, you will be:

Gather, develop, validate, and analyze data across multiple teams.
Works with SME's and Management to design, build and implement quality monitoring tools, inventory management tools, dashboards and reports.
Lead efforts to utilize data, trend analysis, and reporting to improve processes and drive efficient solutions.
Responsibilities include client set up data governance oversight, supporting resource/capacity planning, inventory management, reporting & analytics, desk level procedures and training.
Works with client set up team to utilize data to drive innovative development of process improvement opportunities.
Develops and maintains strong working relationships with group setup, Operations, Sales, Underwriting, and group setup vendor to facilitate and drive successful client setup.
Reports production, quality and timeliness measures for client set up.

The ideal candidate will have:

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of related experience.
Minimum 3+ years proven work experience in a business unit necessary or equivalent external work experience required.
Demonstrated effective project management skills necessary.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $36- $41 Per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
