About the role:
Day To Day Responsibility:
- Deliver high-quality customer service by answering member inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage multiple systems simultaneously to access and update member accounts.
- Handle collections and escalations, ensuring member satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting both personal and team performance targets.
- Commit to on-site work on Mondays and Fridays with the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules as required.

Must Have:
- Proven experience in call centers or member service environments
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for problem-solving
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience specifically in collections and handling escalations
- Ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple systems during customer interaction
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic work settings

Location: Sacramento, CA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $35,000 - $40,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
