MegaFood is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join the Marketing team and lead CRM and loyalty strategies, focusing on enhancing customer retention and lifetime value. This role will be responsible for developing CRM campaigns, managing loyalty programs, and leveraging customer data to create personalized experiences that drive engagement and repeat purchases. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a passion for customer-centric solutions, a deep understanding of CRM systems and automation, and a proven track record of managing successful CRM programs in an omni-channel environment. This role will work closely with brand and creative teams to maintain a campaign calendar and produce the content needed to power CRM campaigns.
Essential Function and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage CRM and loyalty programs aimed at improving customer retention and engagement.
Maintain and optimize triggered CRM flows across the customer lifecycle, from prospecting to winback.
Develop ongoing campaign calendar for communications tied to key business and marketing initiatives throughout the year.
Write detailed, actionable creative briefs for content needs across both campaigns and flows.
Test and optimize rewards program levers to drive customer retention and incremental revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty programs into the broader marketing strategy.
Report regularly on program performance and impact on customer retention & revenue.
Execute consistent A/B testing to optimize segments, messaging, and timing to achieve desired KPIs.
Enhance our use of 1st party data to fuel segmentation and personalization, including the development of additional attributes in our customer file.
Be the subject matter expert and owner of our marketing automation platform - ensuring we are fully leveraging tech capabilities.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in all CRM activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in CRM/email marketing
Must have deep expertise building emails and implementing segments and flows in a leading marketing automation platform (Klaviyo experience preferred)
Strong experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Magento). Direct Shopify experience a plus.
Experience with data analysis tools such as GA4 and Looker
Demonstrated ability to report out and optimize toward customer centric KPIs.
Highly detail oriented in QAing campaigns.
Strong communicator and collaborator.

Competitive salary and incentives
Salary range:
$96,000-$162,000
Plus 1annual incentive

$97,990.00 - $146,985.00This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive.
