Full Job Description
The North Olmsted Civil Service Commission announces an examination for Entry Level Corrections Officer from 1/20/2025 to 2/23/2025 through the National Testing Network (NTN) www.nationaltestingnetwork.com.
Applicants may obtain extra credit points. See Entry Level Corrections Officer posting below for details.
QUALIFICATIONS
• U.S. Citizens and those persons having declared their intention of becoming U.S. Citizens (documentation required)
• Age 18
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Candidates must pass all 5 components of the examination. Candidates must pass a background investigation, a polygraph test, and a psychological evaluation, and may be required to fulfill other conditions so established by the Appointing Authority, during and in conjunction with the interviewing process.
