In this role, you will:

  • Provide vision and set direction for strategic cross-border and international multi-business line initiatives
  • Drive growth in revenue and the international footprint through the identification of synergies with Business Execution companywide
  • Provide thought leadership to develop and implement strategic solutions to highly complex and potentially companywide business challenges through optimization of resources
  • Analyze and develop business execution solutions to address complex international business challenges
  • Lead a team of managers to develop long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for the purpose of operational excellence and process efficiency in order to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with and influence management regarding significant trends and issues, and recommend appropriate strategies or actions
  • Drive, manage, and support internal communications and forums to encourage and enable collaboration and cultural evolution initiatives, as required or directed by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience within travel services industry, commercial airline travel, ground transportation, private aircraft, and travel technology tools, and preferably will have worked in a similar role
  • Proven success in vendor relationship management, including large-scale contracts, with airlines, hotels, travel management and mail services companies
  • International experience or management of global travel programs in a multinational environment
  • Strategic mindset for improving processes and identifying cost efficiencies.
  • Experience implementing emerging technologies, predictive analytics or sustainability initiatives
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to drive change and accountability across the firm
  • High degree of initiative and strong ability to meet key responsibilities with limited direction and oversight
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines, coupled with a commitment to the highest quality standards and an eye for detail
  • Team player, with the ability to gain confidence and trust at all levels of the organization, leveraging networks and overall strength of the enterprise
  • Proven change management experience with solid decision making skills and analytical ability
  • Proven strong relationship management skills and demonstrated success in building partnerships, collaborating and influencing at senior levels across lines of business as well as with corporate partners
  • Excellent people management experience including coaching, teaching and mentoring of employees
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management and presentation skills with a leadership presence

The Corporate Travel & Interoffice Mail Services executive is the primary owner of the Corporate Travel and Interoffice Mail programs at Wells Fargo with the overall goal of providing superior service delivery that provides a positive employee experience while aligning to business objectives and improving commerciality.

This leadership role is accountable for overseeing global travel operations, domestic interoffice mail operations, managing vendor relationships and driving innovative solutions to enhance employee experience while meeting financial goals.

The successful leader will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to set the strategic direction and to deliver and execute solutions for Wells Fargo’s Corporate Travel and Interoffice Mail programs. Driving continual improvement in processes to improve execution quality and efficiency are paramount to the role. In addition, the leader will be responsible for the management, recruitment, and development of the broader group of team members within the vertical. Additional leadership efforts may include responsibilities related to financial and management reporting, performance management, hiring, and operational oversight.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a high-performing travel and mail services team that is focused on mission, goals, customer service and doing the right thing for the Firm.
  • Deliver high-quality corporate travel and employee meeting services globally (to include travel agency services, airline, hotel, private aircraft, employee meeting venues, travel expenses, ground transportation, corporate aviation).
  • Set the strategic vision for Corporate Travel, Employee Meeting management and Interoffice Mail Services.
  • Manage service delivery relationships with suppliers to optimize performance, enhance user experience, and ensure the best possible value and service.
  • Support business leaders and Finance with the oversight of travel and associated expenses to help manage divisional budgets.
  • Optimize all travel, travel expense, and employee meetings technology tools and implement innovative solutions to improve global programs.
  • Negotiate in partnership with Strategic Sourcing all contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$173,300.00 - $359,900.00
