This role aims to enhance our brand's reputation through effective communication strategies and stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture of responsibility within the organization and the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies that highlight corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote awareness and participation in corporate responsibility programs.
- Create compelling copy for internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the impact of communication strategies and engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align corporate responsibility messaging with overall brand strategy.
- Organize and participate in community engagement events and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or corporate responsibility.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging.
- Experience with data analytics and the ability to interpret metrics to inform strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
