Corporate Responsibility - Communications and Engagement Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Corporate Responsibility - Communications and Engagement Specialist to lead our initiatives in promoting corporate social responsibility efforts. This role aims to enhance our brand's reputation through effective communication strategies and stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture of responsibility within the organization and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies that highlight corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote awareness and participation in corporate responsibility programs.
• Create compelling copy for internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess the impact of communication strategies and engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align corporate responsibility messaging with overall brand strategy.
• Organize and participate in community engagement events and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or corporate responsibility.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging.
• Experience with data analytics and the ability to interpret metrics to inform strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
