Our client, a digital marketing agency (healthcare), is looking to engage a Copywriter with performance marketing experience in a freelance to fulltime capacity.
This is a fully remote position, 40 hour /week position. They would like to convert this role fulltime after 2-3 months depending on performance. This role will report to the Creative Director and work cross functionally with account managers, designers, data analysts, and healthcare client stakeholders to understand and interpret goals and KPIs into copy.
Copywriter Responsibilities:
-Craft engaging copy across various digital channels designed to educate, engage, and convert patients for their healthcare clients
-Work collaboratively with designers to create conceptual ideas and execute high-quality content and visuals across diverse healthcare marketing channels and campaigns, including: campaign concept development, social media, campaign conversion + awareness landing pages, email marketing campaigns, website content (optimized for SEO), video content ideation, and script development
-Research specific health conditions, treatments, and patient journeys to create accurate and informative copy
-Craft clear, concise, and empathetic copy that resonates with patients and drives desired actions (e.g., booking appointments, downloading resources)
-Ensure all copy adheres to brand voice and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
-Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices
Copywriter Requirement:
-Minimum 2+ years of experience writing copy for marketing
-Agency experience preferred
-Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
-Portfolio/samples highlighting campaign concepting and performance media (emails, social, video)
-Knowledge of SEO best practices for healthcare websites is a plus
-Experience with A/B testing and data analysis is a plus
-Excellent research and information synthesis skills
-Strong communication and collaboration skills
-Healthcare experience or a passion for healthcare is preferred
