Job Title: Employee Resource Group Manager

Responsibilities:
- We are seeking an experienced Employee Resource Group Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of Navy Federals employee resource group (ERG) and community initiatives
- As an ERG Manager, you will develop, implement, and maintain ERG programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategies and regulatory requirements
- Your expertise will help shape the direction of our ERG initiatives, foster a culture of inclusion, and promote diversity and equity in the workplace
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining ERG programs, policies, and procedures
- Maintaining effective relationships with ERG leaders, campus leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program execution
- Analyzing ERG data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive strategic growth
